How Does Our Membership Make Health Care Affordable?

As an Urgent Care Member, you simply walk in and get quality health care.  Included in your membership is unlimited visits to our urgent care facility.  Additionally, with this membership, you'll only have to pay a $15 fee for each visit, and the actual visits are otherwise absolutely free.  This means you can come in as often as needed with piece of mind about your healthcare budget.

FAQs

What’s not covered in my CC urgent care membership?

Services NOT covered by your membership include (and are not limited to):

Primary Care appointments

Lab work that can’t be conducted in-house

Pregnancy and pregnancy-related conditions

Deep wounds

Compound fractures

Cancer

Chronic illness treatments,

Allergy testing

Poisoning

Heavy/uncontrollable bleeding

Fever in a newborn less than 3 months old or child fevers over 104 degrees

Severe abdominal pain

Serious head, neck, or back injuries

Indicators of cardiovascular disease or stroke

Severe mental illness

Renal failure

And any other care best handled in the ER, hospital, and or by a specialist

How do I pay for my CC urgent care membership?

You can pay monthly by credit card or ACH withdrawals. If you pay up-front for the whole year, you’ll get a 5% discount. Cash payments are allowed, but only in semi-annual payments at the clinic.

Who can I add to my CC urgent care membership?

You are allowed to include any family members or legal dependents on your membership plan.

Can I cancel my CC urgent care membership?

Membership auto-renews monthly with a 6-month commitment. Any sooner, cancellation fees may apply (see contract for more details). Email us at membership@cornerclinic.com to let us know if you would like to cancel.

When does my CC urgent Care membership take effect?

Your membership is effective as soon as you sign-up online! Just be sure to bring any form of ID to the clinic when you visit.

Is there a limit on how many times I can visit the clinic?

Nope! Your membership gets you unlimited access to our clinic. A $15 copay will be collected at each visit.

I’m not sure if a service I need is covered by my urgent care membership. What should I do?

Please give us a call! We can let you know if a service is covered or how much it’ll cost if it’s not.

Does a CC urgent care membership cover prescriptions?

Unfortunately, no. You’ll have to go to a pharmacy for your prescriptions.

Is a CC urgent care membership the same as health insurance?

This membership is NOT the same as health insurance. You will only have coverage for care at our Corner Clinic locations. You will need to sign up for health insurance if you want help paying for care at hospitals, specialist facilities, pharmacies, etc.
