When you become a Corner Clinic member, you get affordable access to our fast, quality care.




In exchange for a monthly rate, you and your family can get care at Corner Clinic for only $15 per visit. That’s $15 flat, even if you need an x-ray or stitches… or both (ouch!).

There will only be additional charges for services we can’t do in-house, like blood work.


Corner Clinic memberships are NOT insurance and do NOT cover chronic illnesses, cancer, pregnancy, and the like.


Is a membership right for you?

Corner Clinic memberships are a great option for people who regularly need health care, but don’t have a fancy insurance plan to keep costs low.

Don’t have health insurance

Our memberships are not insurance plans, but they do provide an affordable way to get basic care if you currently lack health coverage.


Have a high-deductible plan

A Corner Clinic membership is a great supplement to high-deductible health insurance, which typically makes you pay full price for most of your care.


Have a family that needs care often

If you have young children or athletes at home, a Corner Clinic membership helps make those frequent checkups, physicals, x-rays, and stitches more affordable.

What does the $15 visit fee cover?

With a Corner Clinic membership, you can access almost all of our services for only $15 per visit. This includes:


  • Sick visits

  • Routine vaccinations
    (Tdap, Influenza)

  • Annual exams

  • Physicals

Flu , Strep, and Colds

  • Rapid flu tests

  • Strep tests

  • Flu shots

  • Nebulizer breathing treatments


  • X-rays with rapid radiology consultations

  • Casts & cast removals

  • Stitches

  • Minor surgeries

  • Splints

  • Wound care, including minor burns

  • Nail & callus removals

  • Foreign body removals from ears, eyes, + nose

  • EKGs

In-House Labs

  • Pregnancy tests

  • Drug screenings

  • PAP smears

  • Mono & H Pylori rapid tests

Services NOT covered by your membership include (but are not limited to):

  • Fever in a newborn less than 3 months old or child fevers over 104 degrees

  • Severe abdominal pain

  • Serious head, neck, or back injuries

  • Indicators of cardiovascular disease or stroke

  • Severe mental illness

  • Renal failure

  • Other care best handled in the ER, hospital, or by a specialist

  • Lab work that can’t be conducted in-house
    Note that we can still provide most of these labs at a heavily discounted price!

  • Pregnancy and pregnancy-related conditions, like infertility

  • Deep wounds and compound fractures

  • Cancer or chronic illness treatments

  • Allergy testing

  • Poisoning

  • Heavy, uncontrollable bleeding


How do I pay for my membership?

You can pay monthly by credit card or ACH withdrawals. If you pay up-front for the whole year, you’ll get a 5% discount. Cash payments are allowed, but only in semi-annual payments at the clinic.

Who can I add to my membership?

You are allowed to include any family members or legal dependents on your membership plan.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes! You can cancel with 30-days notice, though cancellation fees may apply if you cancel within 75 days (see contract for more details) Email us at to let us know you would like to cancel.

When does my membership take effect?

Your membership is effective as soon as you sign up online! Just be sure to bring any form of ID to the clinic when you visit.

Is there a limit on how many times I can visit the clinic?

Nope! Your membership gets you unlimited access to our clinic. You’ll owe $15 each time you come in.

I’m not sure if a service I need is covered by my membership. What should I do?

Call a Corner Clinic location or send an email to We can let you know if a service is covered or how much it’ll cost if it’s not.

Does a Corner Clinic membership cover prescriptions?

Unfortunately, no. You’ll have to go to a pharmacy for your prescriptions.

Is a Corner Clinic membership the same as health insurance?

This membership is NOT the same as health insurance. You will only have coverage for care at our Corner Clinic locations. You will need to sign up for health insurance if you want help paying for care at hospitals, specialist facilities, pharmacies, etc.
